Since posting it looks like the PGA Tour has gotten their sh*t in gear and put up a video.
The first thing I did this morning when I woke up was check the Web.com Tour feed to see how NBA legend Steph Curry fared in his first round on Tour in the Ellie Mae Classic.
And........there was precious little coverage.
Just a few tiny videos on the Web.com twitter page.
Why?
This guy is a massive deal in the world of sport and social media and here he is 'competing in' a pretty major Tour event. And nobody bothers to film it properly?
The powers that be with all their growing the game mantra bullshit have missed out on a golden opportunity here to attract a whole new generation into the game.
For the record Curry shot 74 and he was damn good. He could even make the cut. Hope they show up with a proper camera today.
