Far be it for me, who has built a career on spoofs and satire, to pontificate but I felt the Jupiter County police had no justification in allowing the actual Tiger Woods DUI arrest footage to be released to the public.

It's sad in the extreme and crosses the line between reporting and wallowing in the man's lowest moment.

I won't post it.

I'm all for fun and levity and using humour to dissipate serious situation but this video is completely different. This is shocking.

Tiger Woods is a legend of the game, an icon.  He has done wrong in his life and I've got on his back for that. But nobody deserves this humiliation.

It's sad that my kids, who have never seen Tiger live in his pomp on the course, see him now in this state as a shadow of his former self.

Get well soon Tiger. The game needs you back.
